Nanny in Peterborough, Ontario

Hello! My name is Anastasia. I am looking to help a family for a couple of hours a week this Fall or on an occasional basis, near or in the Ancaster area. Listening to a family's values and having honest communication are both very important to me. I am a twenty-one-year-old, hardworking and cheerful person, in my final year of university. I come from a big family, have grown up on a hobby farm and am comfortable with pets. My experience includes caring for children from ages nb to 14 years old. I have worked for a family of professional musicians who frequently go on tour and have cared for six children at a time, ages nb to 12. I have also nannied in England, taking care of a toddler for a young family. The last two summers I have nannied for families with young children. During 2021, I nannied for a family of five (ages 3-9). I planned activities, oversaw their online French first language school, assisted in homework, and cleaned. Other experience includes nannying for two other families of three children (1-9 years old), and a young baby. I am a former lifeguard and have three years of experience lifeguarding (beach and pool) and teaching swimming lessons to parents and tots and children up to 14 years old, including children with special needs. I also have nannying experience caring for children with special needs and severe allergies. I am comfortable with light cleaning and meal prep for children. I have taken Driver's Ed, have a valid G driver's licence, and am willing to drive. I love helping children develop skills while creating fun and engaging activities.
