I'm Abbey, and I'm an experienced nanny living in Vancouver, British Columbia. I specialize in caring for infants, newborns and children up to primary school age. Worked with kids ages from 0-16 years old. Looking for a flexible 1-2 days (weekday-8hr shift), evenings (M-F from 5:30pm-11pm at most shifts). I am also open to weekends and evening shifts for the right fit. Caring, responsible, respectful, creative, nurtures the interests and welfare of your child. My main focus is the safety & entertainment of your little one. Rest assured that I will prioritize the emotional, cognitive, physical and social development of your child. We mostly stay outside regardless of the weather (rain/shine/snowy). I encourage independence to the kids I am watching while making sure that my eyes are glued to them. To the toddler ones, I make sure that we have a lesson-equipped time in between playtime, that is to slowly introduce them in preparation for school. We mostly train kids to school activities early in my home country. I believe that we should start early in honing their gifts and we should be there to feed their curiosity.
