Nanny in East York, Ontario

I bring to the table excellent references and more than fifteen years of childcare experience with children of varying ages and abilities. Trained in infant /child first aid and CPR, I am also bondable. I have held a class G driver’s license for more than twenty years, and will provide a clean driver’s abstract should you require someone to drive your children. For over ten years I provided childcare to the parents of children attending the Beaches Hebrew Institute. I planned and implemented age appropriate activities for up to twenty children, aged a few weeks to thirteen years, during Saturday morning services, and during Bar/Bat mitzvahs, when the attendance ballooned. I owned and operated a home based daycare in the Queen/Greenwood area when my daughter was very young. For many years I worked as a nanny in the Beaches, Danforth and Cliffside areas of East Toronto. In one of my recent positions, I was responsible for co-ordinating the schedules of three children, pick up and drop off at three separate schools and after school activities such as hockey and cubs (by car). I planned and organized activities for a preschooler, such as play dates, visits to various drop in centres, libraries, parks and places of interest in Toronto like the Ontario Science Centre and Toronto’s Harbour front Centre and Queens Quay Terminal. I have been with the Fabius/Larivee family for the past two years and the Mullins family before that, nurturing the minds and bodies through mixture of play and reading and adventures...
