Nanny in Victoria, British Columbia

I’m a career-nanny in my early 20s with nearly a decade of childcare experience. I have worked with children from 3months-13 years (although I specialize in the 0-3 range) in various settings including daycare, summer camps, nannying, tutoring, student teaching, and coaching gymnastics. I also have Emergency First-Aid & CPR, as well as 2 RF car seats a clean driving record. I’m also an Early Childhood Education student. My values ad an educator include: * Nature-based: there is no bad weather, inspired by 1000 hours outside * Empathy-centred: treating children with patience, kindness, and respect at all times despite any behaviour * Montessori-inspired: following the child’s lead, promoting independence, believing in children’s capability I currently work full-time with a long term nannyshare, but I have limited availability for either: - Nanny-share with G2 near Hillside Mall (Fridays 8am-4pm, May-Sept) - Long term childcare (Fridays 8am-4pm, staring Sept)
