Hi! My name is Katrina and I am a 19 year old with years of childcare experience. I am a western student (entering second year) and am seeking employment for the summer. I took a gap year after high school and spent 8 months as an au pair in Madrid. While there I looked after 2 children ages 6 and 9, taking them to and from school and to after school activities, preparing snacks, helping them with homework, playing with them and helping them to learn English in a natural setting. During the summer I planned daily activities for them such as baking, crafts, going for walks, Ex. As well I took them to swim lessons and prepared their lunch. I would be able to give you the contact information to reach the family. My whole life I've been around children, my mother ran an at home daycare for years when I was growing up. In high school I babysat everyday after school for a family, children age 3 and 5. I picked the oldest up from school, helped with homework, played with them, made dinner and did the nighttime routine with them, books, bath, bed. I also was a gymnastics instructor for years working with kids from 1-16 and did a co-op in a kindergarten class for 5 months.
