Hi, my name is Chelsea, i'm 19 years old and have over 2 years of experience caring for children from ages 2-13. I would absolutely love to find either a full time or part time position caring for a child/children of any size and of any age! Currently I am off from school until Septemeber but am passionate about childcare education and look forward to starting school again to pursue my creative desires! Working with children is my dream, it all started when I was 13, where i volunteered then worked at a YMCA Daycare in my hometown. I worked there for a year but continued to volunteer for an extra 2 years for school credits but also for pleasure. The group of children I cared for aged from 2-6 and on some days after school it ranged from 9-13. I was responsible for healthy and percise food preparation, creative indoor and outdoor activities, tutoring and attendance. I mostly cared for the younger age group, thus created fun activties involving an educational twist! I have been a baby sitter for family friends and one in particular for years since i was 11 years old - taking care of their 2 year old son, who is now 11, and their golden retreiver/cocker spaniel mix dog. I am very skilled in cooking healthy meals and responsible to allergies. I love preparing meals that your children can enjoy and would delight in helping your child with school assignment/help! I love to create fun playful games with children that will enhance their creative development! Activities as usual like Arts & Crafts or role playing i think is the most fun for children at various ages. I am also very energetic and enthusiastic and love to be out in the sun! I like to be involved with the city and know many places that are kid friendly such as the library, where on specific days host fun free classes for young children like button making which i would love to have your children to experience! But either way am very passionate towards providing your child/children with love, friendship, guidence, and safety! I am located near College and Dufferin, and able to accomadate to busy scheduales or keep your child active with picnics at the park or trips to High Park zoo or the ROM and the AGO art museums! I would be thrilled to paint, draw, write stories, play sports at the park, get icecream or even sorbet with your child/children! I am beyond willing to helpout wth any housework, gardening, petcare, all of which i certainly love doing in my own time. I maintain a very active, healthy, and creative lifestyle to stabilize a positive and energetic life! I am vegetarian and have self taught myself tasty vegetarian dishes - though I am able and open to handiling meat products if required for your child.
