Nanny in Toronto, Ontario

Hello! My name is Emma and I am 26 years old. I am a British Teacher who has moved to Toronto to be with my Canadian partner. I have a two year working visa which began June 2021 and I will be looking to gain Permanent Residency within Canada after this. I currently live with my partner in Etobicoke and we live an active lifestyle that priorities physical and mental health. I am a trained dancer and like to keep active through yoga,biking and softball. I love travelling and have an up to date passport. I have a whole range of early education experience as well as having worked in day care centres before I became a teacher. I have many years experience working with children with additional languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, Portuguese and more. I started working with children 7 years ago and I have loved my career ever since. I am very skilled in teaching children in the first five years of their life and also have a wide range of experience working with special education children. I have experience teaching children with Autism, ADHD, Delay and Learning disabilities. I have experience teaching children from Daycare age to High school aged children. (1yr-13yrs). I began nannying when I first moved to Toronto as I wanted to keep busy volunteering whilst my visa was being processed. I found it to be such a wonderfully satisfying job that I would like to pursue finding a family to work for long term.I have training and qualifications in Mindfulness, Yoga, Softball and Dance, this paired with my teaching experience makes me a great asset to a family. Plus I am very open minded and flexible and would be open to travel and supporting families any way I can. I am open to housekeeping, chores, driving and feel comfortable supporting children and families with any activities and tasks.
