I don't know what I would do without Vivian! Shes been of so much help in caring for my kids gor the past 3 years, my kids now aged (4 & 1) she's very nurturing, caring and efficient. I'd love to keep her to myself but I don't gate keep. Thank me later

I work from home and I was to go for work outside my home then a friend recommended her to me. I have known her for like 5 years and she has helped with my kids severally when I'm away from them. She is very kind and polite with her words because I didn't want my kids speaking curse words so yes I paid attention to her choice of words. She is also friendly and playful as well with the kids. I took note of how they were always very occupied with her as she initiates new games to play with them. She is approachable hence friendly. Despite this, she is discipled. Like she sticks to routine very verywell and I loved that about her. As a mom of 2 toddlers, it isn't easy joggling home with work especially with no stay at home nanny so to make work easier for me, I created their routine and it is important to me that the routine is maintained and she achieved that. I also loved that she took the kids as her own. Here she would recommend or give me some tips to aid my parenting and I loved that so much. Like someone that did not just to earn some money and leave, she wanted the best for them. For instance, she taught me that when speaking with toddlers, you use your hands to make movement for them to understand. This tip came handy because my son was kinda having speech delay so we couldn't communicate well. However, there has been significant improvement in his speech as sometimes his words might not be very clear for me to understand but with the movement of his hands I can then communicate well with him. She posseses excellent skills and I'm so enthusiastic that she will do well for the job. I am so thankful to my friend who recommended her to me and I'm not letting Vivian go soon.
