Hello! My name is Alecia! I am a compassionate, patient, calm and responsible person and I am looking to find the right family to work with! I am currently completing my master’s in counselling psychology, with the end goal of working as a children’s counsellor. This program is designed to allow me to work full-time while completing my studies! I have spent the last year working as a nanny/housekeeper and I find it to be incredibly rewarding work. I have spent most of my life working with children, and I am a loving and dedicated to "auntie" to my own nephews and to the children of my close friends. I have ample experience working with children who have varying levels of physical, mental, and neurological abilities, and I am passionate about creating fun and safe learning environments for children of all ages, from infants to primary school-aged kids. In addition to providing excellent childcare, I am also capable of assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and pet care. I love getting outside in nature and finding creative and engaging play.
