Excellent references availible upon request! My experience includes - Nanny for a family in a private home with 4 children ages 5 months to 10 years at the start. I was there for 4 years. I currently work at a childcare centre that accepts children from 6 weeks up to School Age. I have worked with all of these age groups, but currently work in the School Age program. This program includes supervision on field trips and swimming pools. All experience has the common theme of safety first, but also entails programming age applicable activities and conflict resolution.
