Hi families! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I’m a creative and imaginative self starter whose childcare philosophy aligns with that of a Waldorf/Montessori-like approach. I come with a background in developmental service, a BA in Psychology, and over 15 years working with a vulnerable population. As a career Nanny, I have a genuine passion for caring for littles. I put a lot of energy into being a supportive secure relationship in their lives in the most authentic way. I place my focus on nurturing their confidence and self esteem, encouraging their curiosity, and helping to support their social and physical development. I love taking them on adventures, spending time outdoors, and accessing and participating in the many resources and activities available within the community. I’m willing to offer travel support, house-sit, pet-sit, and carry out various additional house management duties. I’m looking to work with a family who have flexibility to build a balanced schedule between Monday/Thursday, can provide private accommodation, and use payroll. I work best with a maximum of two children, and a 1:1 ratio for infants and toddlers. I come with up to date certifications, CRC with VSS, a safe and reliable vehicle, and excellent references to share.
