Nanny in Ottawa, Ontario

I have worked with children since I was a child myself. Growing up I was always the neighborhood babysitter and at 16 became a camp counselor in the summers. I worked as an Early Childhood Educator for two years in Toronto and moved to Ottawa to attend Teachers College. I graduate at the end of April. Until then I am looking for occasional babysitting work. After April I will be available full time from May- Sept. I have excellent interpersonal skills as demonstrated through enthusiasm, creativity and professionalism while working with children and parents alike. I have a non-judgmental understanding of child development as evidenced in previous relationships with children and their families. I have knowledge and understanding of the pedagogy of teaching children in a variety of settings and age groups as demonstrated through day-to-day activities. I look forward to hearing from you.
