Hello, future host family! My name is Ana Claudia, Brazilian, I'm 27 years old, I am vaccinated and I'm graduated in Graphic Design and Photography. I work as an illustrator, designer, video editor and photographer. I was an au pair in the United States, California and Washington DC (2020-20...). Right now, I finished a course in San Francisco - California, about special effects and video motion design. - My relationship with children began in 2014, when I started university, which is a institution they value charity and community work very much. So I started volunteering with children there and for now, I volunteer for two NGOs here, its for kids with socially vulnerable. Our goal is to make then feel so special and to spend time with them, participating by playing, caring and teaching. The kids I take care are between the age of 4 and 12 years old. After that, I new that I love children and I always wanted to help and to be teach by them. I used to take care of kids os families and friends, but the pass years I was taking care of a 5 year old boy and two teenagers of 11 and 14, in Washington DC, US. In my next year, I took care of two girls 9 and 11 years old. Also, worked as a babysitter taking care of babies and toddlers in the area. Since I was a kid, it has always been very easy for me to make new friends, people always know me by the funny one. Besides being outgoing and loving to laugh about everything, I was always very independent and responsible. When I was a kid, are just living in our house me and my mom together (because my sister was living a time with her father), so she had to go out to work for to pay the house bills, so I had to learn to be by myself alone all day. Since that, I learned how to clean the house, do the laundry, do the dishes and to cook. Cooking is something that makes me very happy and I take it as so relaxing. Just like cooking, art is something that really makes me feel better. I love everything about art, like painting, crafts, music, photograph, etc. These include other things I love to do, such as playing cards, board games, video games, watching series, traveling and go out dancing with my friends. I have already met 9 countries and the last time I was abroad. During the trips, I was always able to take care of myself and to communicate. Since I was a kid, I learned english and it was very easy to learn by myself. My english is fluent, but I have basic Italian and Spanish.
