My child care experience ranges from educational environments, to daycares, summer camps, individual care and organizational roles. I have previously worked in an educational role through my experience as an assistant dance teacher at Pegasus Studios and working as a counsellor at their summer camps. Furthermore, I recently completed a short internship in Tanzania where I undertook some voluntary responsibilities at a local nursery where I aided in teaching basic maths and english. I previously worked in a daycare role where I was responsible for a group of ten 2-3 years olds. Additionally, I have a wealth of general babysitting experience. In addition to working one on one with children I have also managed two summer camps' activity programs meaning I have been responsible for planning the relevant excursions and activities through which I have gained a wide repertoire of games and projects for children of all ages. I recently completed my undergraduate degree at McGill university and am looking for a permanent child care position. I am a responsible and self-driven individual who has a passion working for children. In addition to my experience I have also completed CPR/AED training level C and am certified in the High Five principles of early child development.
