Hello there! My name is Hayleigh. I am a recently graduated university student pursuing a career in elementary education. 🍎 I am looking to provide part/full-time (preferred) childcare for the right family. I have 3 years of experience as an education assistant and 5 years of experience as a community support worker. Additionally, I spent time as a Vocational Counsellor supporting adults/youth with disabilities to find and maintain employment. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Diploma in Classroom and Community Support. Working with kids is home for me. I have worked as an educational assistant at the elementary level for the past 2 years in a variety of grades. Relationships are at the heart of what I do, and I am very child-centred in my approach. I can join your little ones in imaginary play, support them through big feelings, provide fun educational activities, help them build/practice social skills, develop independence, and much more!
