Hi, my name is Isabella! I am 24 years old, a University graduate, and full time employee of the CRA. I am looking for part-time/occasional work to help me save up for graduate studies. I am friendly, responsible and enthusiastic about working with children. I am proficient in French after being part of the French Immersion program throughout middle school and high school. My experiences with children include babysitting for my aunt who has four children under the age of 6. Additionally, I worked at a summer camp in Belleville, Ontario, which provided free daycare for children from underprivileged families throughout the summer. I have also learned much about child care and child development through my mother who has been a kindergarten teacher for 20 years by volunteering in her classroom. I am also an aspiring speech pathologist and have experience working with children on the Autism spectrum, as well as other children with communication/language delays. Throughout high school I worked as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre. Through this, I gained qualifications in Emergency First Aid, Standard First Aid, water safety, and CPR training for adults, children, and infants. I am not currently officially qualified but have all the necessary knowledge. I am also open to teaching your kids how to swim or about water safety if you have access to a pool.
