My 2.5 year old daughter fell in love with Lorena first time she saw her. She is a very reliable and trustworthy person and has the sweetest disposition. I particularly like the fact that she’s a well educated lady who takes the time to teach my daughter manners, counting, colours, etc. She also likes to take initiative when it comes to light housekeeping. Overall, I feel at peace when Lorena is taking her of my daughter and she’s line family to us.
