Hey my name is Alexcia. Who I Am: I'm flexible nanny who can't wait to help your family! I have many years of experience with baby sitting and raised a new born. The first 3 years of a childs development is critical to help them improve new skills and abilities. I’m a strong believer of learning, playing (painting, creating) and spending time in nature rather than spending time on a device. I have learned the best way to manage children. For example, if a child does not want to put on their shoes I will ask them “would you like me to help you or do you want to do it on your own” and most often then not they will take on the responsibility to do it themselves.
