Nanny in Toronto, Ontario

Hello! Thanks for taking the time to stop by my profile! I am a Nanny with over 8 plus years of experience, an ECE graduate and I absolutely love working with children. I've been working with children since I was 15 years old, starting as a summer camp counsellor. Throughout college I've worked with all ages from newborn-12 years old. I love planning and implementing play based activities for all age groups! I can cook (an additional fee) and even prepare new recipes to introduce new foods. I can do light housekeeping such as laundry, sweeping, mopping children area, childrens dishes, changing childrens bedsheets and organizing clutter. I can drive (I do not currently own a vehicle) but I'm also familiar with the transit system, so running errands or visiting fun places will never be an issue. I am not a homebody nanny so getting outdoors is a must! I am comfortable visiting libraries, playgrounds, pools, wading pools, splash pads, early years centres, music classes, etc. With my ECE background, I am creative so I will make homemade activities based on the child's development using ELECT from experience (an additional fee) and will also research cool homemade activities using Pinterest. All activities will be play based, based on the interest and development of a child and will never be forced. I am crafty so as long as a child is old enough I love doing fun abstract art with paint, pom pom balls, feathers, clay, playdough, etc. I am loving, reliable, innovative, playful, and can easily manage the little ones so you can focus on work when you're at work. I like to touch base everyday and keep families updated throughout the day and sometimes even send quick photos.
