Hello! My name is Niina. I'm 25 years old, just finishing up my degree in Sociology and Education, and I'm a capable nanny who can't wait to help your family! I love working with kids and have been working with kids in a variety of different roles since I was 14 and I am comfortable working with children of different ages. I have been a rock climbing instructor, an educational assistant, a babysitter, and a nanny with ample experience working with neurodivergent children. As an educational assistant, I learned many tools for building trusting relationships with children and the importance of respecting their autonomy and independence while also providing safety, direction and initiative for activities and learning. I'm very comfortable with being with the kids all day, running errands, adventuring with the kids, meal prepping and doing housework. I'm also very happy to walk your dog, or care for any other furry friends! I have a valid BC driver's license and my Standard First Aid and CPR, which I renew regularly. I have a place in Squamish, so I am looking for a live-out nannying position and am available for full-time work!
