Dear Mr./Mrs., I am Fabiana Couto, a brazilian teacher looking for a position as a caregiver in Canada. I am in the education field since 2015, working as an English teacher for kids aging from 3 up to 16. I also have experience as a Portuguese teacher and covering absent teachers from first to fifth grade. I was also an Au Pair in the US for more than two years and I consider myself very adjusted to the North American Culture. I very patient and nurturing with children and I think it is amazing to see how much they develop in a little amount of time. I try my best to mix safety and fun while I am caring for children because I know that even tough they have to follow rules they also benefit from a little break from times to times. I know “Covid-era” make things strange, but I enjoy taking the children to explore the world while being secure. As much as I love being a teacher and I am very proud of the country I was born, I don’t see myself having a better quality of life here unfortunately. That is sole reason why I am apply to work overseas. I also appreciate being able to visit new places, have new experiences and to see how life functions in different areas.
