Hello! I am a fifth-year University student, dedicated and passionate about working with children. I have previous experience providing live-in and live-out care for many families, and have cared for children between the ages of 9 months and 12 years old. I have training in creative and outdoor learning with toddlers and primary school children; teaching crafts, outdoor activities, and natural education. I am also fully bilingual in French, and if needed I would love to integrate French into the care I provide! My availability is weekdays after 2:30 through till whenever you might need. I can provide light housekeeping as well as run any light errands such as groceries throughout the day. I am CPR and First Aid certified as well as having training and proficiency in dealing with severe Allergies. I am also a certified Lifeguard and can provide swimming supervision if required. I have moderate experience in providing for children with learning and speech disabilities and am open to further learning and work in that area. I have taken courses in earlier childhood development and family psychology. I also have several years of experience as a long-term care provider and an overnight camp counselor. I am an outgoing and enthusiastic person, with a motivated and hard-working attitude. I am punctual as well as organized, and provide care that is fun and free yet I also enjoy planning activities and experiencing new things along with the kids every day.
