Nanny in Mission, British Columbia

Hi there! My name is Hanna, I am 25 years old and I live in Mission, BC with my boyfriend of four years, our cat, Maui, and our beautiful Golden Retriever, Houston. I'm searching for a full-time position as a live-out Nanny or Babysitter for either one or two children. A Nanny-share between two families is also an option. I am more than happy to facilitate educational activities/ crafts, take care of chores, errands, pet care/ walks etc. I also have my own car and a valid drivers license, which makes school and activity drop off's/pick ups, a breeze. My most relevant position was as a dental coordinator at the Pediatric Dental Group, It has really opened my eyes to my love and passion for child development/care! I do not have any formal training in child education, but in approximately 1 year from now, I am going to be enrolling in the Early Childhood Education Certificate program online, which will allow me to continue working full time, and also take on my course load in the evenings, with a dream to one day open my own pre-school. I previously obtained CPR/AED Level 3 HCP certificate through Red Cross, and it expired Feb 2022. Safety is my utmost concern and I carefully monitor children when I take them on outings to the park or pool, and even when just at home. With our "new normal" due to Covid-19, I take pandemic precautions extremely seriously, and can commit to maintaining the safety of your families bubble. I understand good nutritional choices and I carefully prepare meals that are healthy for kids but that they also love to eat. Crafts, DIY's and art projects are my absolute favorite part of interacting with children, as they really get to express themselves in artistic and creative ways, and end up surprising you with how amazing their little minds/ personalities can really be!
