I want to be a grandma but my kids are not cooperating (RUDE!) Having been a stay at home mom for decades I was fortunate enough to raise two wonderful, successful and HAPPY children. We would go on daily explorations, cook together, learn new skills, sing and have deep conversations (that's the best). They have both flown the coop and I am searching for my next adventure. I am a Hospice trained Volunteer, a Children's Hospital Volunteer and a Grief Walk Volunteer. Over the last few years I have been a Preschool Instructor (25 wonderful little 3 year olds each session) and also a contract Nanny for a sweet little girl who has now entered Montessori School. Between her mom and I she was able to learn about 20 sign language words from the tender age of 10 months when I first entered their family. Such a great way to communicate with an infant. If you want someone to nurture your children and love them like they were my own then please contact me to discuss my becoming your kids adopted Grandma. My rates start at $25/hour for 1 child. Ideal scenario would be just summer break for 1or2 little explorers. I can travel with your family, I won't hit on your husband and I have my own car. That should cover all the basics...wink wink.
