Nanny in North York, Ontario

I am an Registered Early Childhood Educator with 10 years nanny experience. I'm a part time Educator in the YMCA Child Care center, looking for a part-time nanny job for 2-3 days a week as a shared nanny. I have experienced 16 children from newborn to school age for different lengths of time as a nanny. After being in a college for ECE for a whole year with tense course schedule, I am well equipped with the knowledge of Child development, learning while play, and How Does Learning Happen. I know well what children need for their physical and mental development. I was a nurse back home and well educated. Furthermore, I'm a mom myself, understand those precious little ones are everything to their parents. I do not only "watch" children, I interact with them and invest quality time, get involved with their activities. I treat those babies like my own, can not stand any upset emotions appear on their face. I keep those babies busy, spend lots of time in parks, drop-ins and playdates. I love babies, have great patience and enjoy to be with infants, I enjoy my job of taking care of them, snuggling and cuddling with them are my great joy. I was with a 6 months boy for 2 years, the time spent with him was really fun and enjoyable. I took "a great care of him" ( His dad's words.) so that one of his neighbors thought that I was his mom even he is a Caucasian and I'm Asian. I'm looking for morning shifts, occasionally help or 1-3 days per week with a pay of $22-25 cash depending on the children number and house work tasks. I do not do weekends or after school care for now. Right now I'm taking care of a 1.5 year old angel on Mondays, so only available except Mondays. I don't feel comfortable driving children around, also not looking for jobs which is too far from the Yorkdale mall.
