Nanny Job in London, Ontario

We have two wonderful young children, and we are seeking a part-time, long-term teammate to help us care for them Monday - Friday afternoons. We would like this person to help manage our busy household, starting a few hours before the children get home from school to handle those tasks, then be able to focus on the kids when they get home. We expect the core hours to be around 2pm - 6pm daily, with some earlier starts or later evenings mixed in and discussed in advance. Our family is very outgoing, energetic and active. We are avid sports fans, love to travel and are very involved in the community. It is so important to us that our kids are always safe while learning a lot, being active and having fun. We appreciate routines and structure, but are not overly scheduled and regimented. We are seeking a nanny who will be considered part of our family for many years to come. The successful candidate would have: - Outgoing and friendly personality - Demonstrated ability to provide fun and safe learning environments for children - A valid license and their own vehicle - Recent clear criminal record check - CPR and first aid certified. - Ability to speak French considered an asset - We also require this individual to assist with groceries, laundry, housekeeping, and some meal preparation. The work week is typically 20-25 hours per week. Pay rate is competitive and negotiable based on experience. Start date is flexible, just must be ready to join our daily routine by September.
