I am a full spectrum doula offering postpartum care / family support! I have trained with multiple doula organizations, am a childbirth educator, birth photography certified and working toward my placenta specialist certification! I am also a mother of 2. My role as a postpartum doula or family support worker will be individual to each family! Support can include things like meal prep, light housework, organization, putting baby furniture together, sibling care, overnight care, baby care and education, help processing your birth experience, and more!! Let’s see what I can take off your plate so you can be an active participant in this new season of life. My main areas of focus are pregnancy through 1 year postpartum, but this is not a hard rule.
