Nanny Job in Hamilton, Ontario

Hello my name is Maura.
About us: We are a family of 4, from Italy, with 2 children, one toddler (currently 18 months) and one JK (4 years).
What we are looking for: part-time nanny to look after the kids, every day, before and after school. Potential to become full-time job.
Where we are: we are located in Westdale, Hamilton.
Details: We're hoping our child care worker will help with our little ones every day, before school/day care (8-9 am), and after school/day care (3.20 - 5.30 pm). I'm an Assistant Professor at McMaster and a physician, doing clinical service and research. My husband is a doctor too, currently fellow and PhD student at McMaster. Our younger son goes to day care even day (currently 8 am to 4.30 pm), our older daughter goes to JK (9 am to 3.20 pm), both in Westdale, walking distance from home. We would need somebody to take care of them in the morning, drop them at school, and then after school (from 3.20 pm), picking them at school. Depending on our schedule, we might need extra-help some days/weeks and also weekends. There is the potential for the part-time job to become full-time.
