While we would prefer a Nanny that spoke Bengali, this is not a deal-breaker. We would also need someone who is comfortable with a nanny cam. Above all, the main priority is to find someone warm that can make my daughter feel comfortable. We are still undecided between a live-in and live-out nanny.
