Nanny Job in Toronto, Ontario

We're a young family living in Long Branch. I have two amazing children, including two-year-old Xander who loves to play outside, sing songs and read books. His sister Anaïs who is currently fivemonths old and is a happy, but sometimes difficult to soothe baby. I work out of our home, but my job requires me to be on-call and sometimes work weekends. My husband also works long hours outside the home, but has some flexibility in his schedule and will occasionally come home during the day to visit with the children. We are a bilingual family (Xander speaks both English and French, as does Mommy!) We have a nanny who will be working with us part-time in the coming months, but we would like to have a back-up should she not be available for evenings, or weekends, or occasional weekdays.
