I have been involved in child care for most of my life, whether that is nannying or babysitting my nieces and nephews. I was a Teacher Assistance in a Day Care for 4 years And Nanny for 10 years. I have a great love for children. My last job will be May 15, 2022 taking care of a 7 month old baby for 5 months. It is a great pleasure to recommend Ximena Galarza for a nanny position. Ximena has served as a full-time nanny for my three-year-old girl since I was three months old. I have had to hire several nannies before I settle for Ximena, since I have discovered that it is extremely reliable. I must say that I am lucky to have had it all these years. Ximena is an extremely patient and very kind person. She has been a role model for my daughter and has endured her tantrums during the extremely terrible two years! When she had colic, Ximena stayed up with her all night comforting her while she slept because she had work the next day. Since I have been busy for many hours, she has been kind enough to take my daughter to medical appointments and playgrounds. A trusted friend recommended me Ximena and I never had to worry about leaving my daughter alone with her. I was very sad to let her go since I had to change my country for a time devoted to my work. But in January 2019, I had to go back for a few months and I hired her again to take care of my baby for a period of 5 months since then I had to go back to Germany to work again. Ximena work for me 2 times from January 2013 till 2015 and in January 2019 till May 2019. I especially recommend it strongly for a similar position, as I am sure it will work wonders for any child in your care.
