Hello my name is Amanda Pigeault and I have been working in the field of childcare for the past 5.5. years. I graduated from the Early Childhood Education program at Niagara College in June of 2010. I then furthered my education at Niagara College and graduated from the Resource Teacher program in June 2011. I was offered a full time position as a Resource Teacher for Community Living St. Catharines, Preschool Services in Sept 2011, that I accepted. At this time I support children with special needs. I work closely with families, childcare programs, the Public & Catholic school board and other professionals to insure all areas of the child's development are being assessed and cared for. I am currently certified in First Aid/CPR, CPI, safety training and food handlers. My passion is working with children and watching them grow, achieving each milestone along the way.
