Nanny Job in Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia

We need someone that can come here one day a week and babysit. The day itself is flexible. - And maybe babysit on the odd evening night too, so my husband and I can go out on dates. Are you interested? Keep reading, more about us to follow. We are a family of five people, a black lab named Ceilidh and four chickens we call "The Ladies". Our oldest boy is almost 5, our daughter is 3.5 and our wee boy is 1.5. I'm Joan and my husbands is Shane. We live in a wooded area in Hacketts Cove on St. Margaret's Bay. We spend most of our hours outdoors. We have access to the ocean in three different places just across the road. Each place provides a different environment to explore. We have trails through the woods and we have lots of fun little areas around the house to play with the kids. We're looking for a nanny to engage and participate in our lives. We surround ourselves and our children with positive people and energy. We are looking for a nanny that adds to the positive vibes, that loves to laugh, and doesn't sweat the small stuff. Someone wants to go on adventures and be part of the family. We have relatively high expectations for our children and recognize that consistency is important. Napping is still a thing here most days, and quiet times fill in on the other days. Each afternoon there is a downtime of some sort before the silliness begins again. Some of out favourite things are hide and seek, tag, playing in the hammock, riding our bikes, hiking in the woods, nature play. We like to paint and colour and build things too.
