Nanny Job in Winnipeg, Manitoba

We currently have three children that we are seeking care for when my husband and I go away together. Nicolas is our oldest, and is 15yrs old. Mikayla, our daughter, is 13, and Tobias is 11. We own our own Financial Planning business, and need some assistance providing a loving & caring environment for our kids. We want someone who is calm, organized, yet able to discipline in a firm but calm manner. Help our kids learn new things, and keep them healthy. We need someone who is fluent in the kitchen, loves cooking (esp healthy meals) as this is the biggest stress in our home. We have a house cleaner already, so just light housekeeping is required. Laundry is constant, so help there is essential as well. Driving kids to and from activities (mostly hockey) is also essential whixh we can provide a car for. Just keeping a fairly clean home by the end of the day is appreciated. We have a dog that is hypoallergenic that will need to be cared for as well while we are away which the kids can help with.
