Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

We are looking for someone that is incredibly flexible with their schedule as one parent works shift work (4 days on/4 off) and the other a fixed schedule. So some weeks a great deal of care will be required while other weeks less. We are a very active family so we need someone that is willing to keep up. I am returning to work after maternity leave in September but we would like to have someone start before that so that the transition will be easier.
