Nanny Job in Nepean, Ontario

We are looking for someone that can be either a nanny for two twin girls (newborn). This is a serious long-term position. Resumes, references and a couple photos should be emailed. You would help play the symbolic role of grandma (40 year old person) in a symbolic way to help give the children an idea of what it would have been like if they had a grandma. This would be a nice bonus as time goes forward. The responsibilities of the job include: bottle feeding, diaper changing when needed monitoring while we do our jobs bottle cleaning, general laundry, maintain daily life food preparations / vegetable cutting general upkeep that a typical family member would help with 7 AM start time, flexible on when a shift ends We would like someone that not only sees being a nanny as a job, but would like to make an impact and provide meaning to their job. The person can start as a trial and then decide if they would like that long-term role. We would like to have someone that wants to look back and know they made an impact on the children lives as they begin to grow up. The children aren't old enough to cause trouble or be "rebels" that are hard to deal with... We see our nanny with respect and consideration for the help she is providing, or he. My grandmother was a nanny when I got a bit older for two children and they remember her to this day. Wage per hour is negotiable. A commitment to a lot of time in the home is required.
