Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

We are looking for a nanny to care for our two children in our home starting in mid December until September 2014. Hours: Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays 12:45-5:... required and either a Wednesday or a Thursday - negotiable. Spring break, professional days and summer hours: 8:30-5:45 Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays required and either a Wednesday or a Thursday - negotiable. Kids: Ages 3 & 6. Our three year old son attends preschool in the morning. Our six year old daughter has school until 4pm. Location: Downtown Vancouver in the West End. We are on a quiet street beside Stanley Park within walking distance to community centers, the library, the beach etc. Duties: - pick kids up at school by bus or walking at 12:45 and at 4pm - light housekeeping and meal prep - willingness to be active in nearby parks, library, community centre etc. - willingness to engage in active, creative play with the kids Qualifications: - minimum 2 years experience caring for young children - preferred ECE, babysitting, CPR, first aid & food safe courses but not required - non smoker - references and a recent criminal check required
