We are looking for a live-out Nanny to care for our 2 daughters. Our 2.5 year old is currently in day care and this is the first time that we've explored using a Nanny as an alternative. There are many variables that we're undecided on, but we're anxious to start the search for a Nanny so that we can figure out some of these unknown details as we go.
Our 6 month old has Down's Syndrome.
