We are a young family seeking a nanny for a couple full days a week. We have a boy who is two and a girl who is three and a half. Our daughter attends preschool twice a week and our son typically attends playtime at the same facility with the person taking care of him. Our parents are currently watching both children while we work full time, but we require an extra day and would like to hire a nanny going forward. Both kids still nap daily, so in home care seems easier for our situation, but we will consider out of home as well.
