We are a very loving and close family that believes in child care and supports our nannies dearly. Our first nanny was with us for 4.5 years and our 2nd nanny was with us for 4 years. We paid for her ticket to the phillipines, and provided as many bonuses as we can because a nanny is like a 2nd mother and should be treated with first class respect. We think you will love our children who are well behaved, very disciplined and heavily into extra curricular activities. We like our nannies to live out on weekends.
