Nanny Job in Kitchener, Ontario

We are a professional couple in Kitchener looking for a full-time nanny to educate, nurture & care for our 2 daughters aged 10 months and 3.5 years. We are open to either a live-in or live-out arrangement. Although not mandatory, a drivers licence and car would be beneficial. The position is full time, Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm (some flexibility may be required). The position is at minimum a one-year contract, with the option to renew at the end of the first year. We are seeking someone who is fun, energetic, physically active, and who loves educating, nurturing and caring for children. Duties include spending quality time with the girls (reading, teaching, singing, playing etc), preparing meals, feeding & bathing, housework & doing laundry. The applicants must have at least 3 years of recent nanny experience with young children, a first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain), and must be able to provide a police background check. Candidates should be fluent in English and a second language would be beneficial. We require a strong work ethic, a trust-worthy nature, excellent references and the ability to work legally in Canada.
