I strongly recommend Madi as a nanny. As her nursing instructor for 6 weeks in spring 2019 at Whitehorse General Hospital, I witnessed character traits that make her well-suited to this role. Although Madi was not working with children, she adapted a strong relational practice to work with varied people. She solicited and welcomed feedback. Her kind and gentle manner allowed patients to feel safe to communicate important health information, and she worked well with the interprofessional team. Madi is capable and ethical.
