Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

We are seeking a warm, loving, fun nanny who is experienced, has good energy and great communication skills to care for our child in our home, located on the Vancouver - Westside. You must take great pride in your work and love to work with children and families. This is a full-time position, 30 - 40 hours per week. The rate of pay is $12.00 CAD/hour 4% in lieu of benefits. Our home is located on the westside of Vancouver near W. King Edward Avenue & Selkirk Street. To summarize, the individual would be responsible for: Supervise and care for children in our home residence Bathe, dress and feed our daughter, age 20 months Oversee children’s activities Tend to the emotional well-being of the children Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings Ensure our children play! Take children to and from school and to appointments Maintain a healthy environment in the home Assist with meal preparation, laundry, washing dishes, etc. Open to caring for newborns in the near future Optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis.
