Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

Greetings, My husband and I are looking for babysitter/nanny 3 days a week for our 2-year-old and four-year-old daughters. Our daughter Vienna (4), is a kind-hearted, people-oriented little one who is comfortable with other caregivers. Our youngest Aria (2) is also very sweet and outgoing. We are looking for a responsible, kind, emotionally healthy, female caregiver who has experience working with young children. We are hoping to develop a long term relationship with someone who can be an instrumental part of our family over the next few years. We expect our careers to become somewhat more demanding, yet we are committed to being actively involved in our children's lives and activities. There is a strong possibility that this turns into a full-time role. My work schedule is somewhat sporadic, so a babysitter will help fill in the times when I'm called out for a couple of hours if they occur on a day outside the caregiver's time.
