Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

Seeking PT House Manager/Nanny to start ASAP: We are seeking a house manager/nanny to help our busy family of five. Our eldest boy is 6, and we have identical twins who are 3. The eldest is in grade 1, and twins are in daycare. Hours are flexible for the right person/people (more info below). Help is needed to: *pick up eldest from school (located in East Van) at 3:05 PM sharp each day *prep meals for family *prep lunches for the kids (next day) *hang out & play with 6 yr old until dinner time *kids laundry, dishes, update weekly calendar, organize house, etc. *optional: help mom & dad with smooth & timely flow of bedtime. Shifts could be any of the following (or some combination that works best for you!) 12 to 800, 1-3 days a week, OR 1 to 630, 2 - 5 days a week, OR 3 to 8 pm, 3 - 5 days a week, OR 11 - 6 pm, 3 days a week….you get the idea! Our only must-have is availability to pick up our eldest from school at 3 pm and engage with him until 6 pm, with hours before or after that for meal prep and help around the house. We are pretty flexible and open to one person doing all the shifts or a combo of part time people covering the week! About our family: Dad is an engineer and mom is a business owner in the non-profit sector. Mom works from home (upstairs). Big bro loves dirt bikes, science, nature, and cats. He’s an inquiry based learner who adores science experiments and learning about the world around him. He thinks and feels deeply and benefits from an empathetic caregiver. The twins are bundles of energy and (generally) happiness! They’re independent, good-natured and fun. Twin A is smart as a whip, mischievous, and a people pleaser, while Twin B is big-hearted, caring, goofy and marches to his own beat. We also have two cats.
