Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

Hi there, my name is Jordana. We are interested in finding part-time child care for our lovable 22 month old boy. We are also expecting our second child this July! I'm looking for someone with a similar childcare philosophy to mine. We are interested in attachment parenting, positive discipline, gentle sleep (no sleep training), safe co-sleeping and bedsharing, to name a few. And of course, someone easy to be with that our family, particularly our son, loves to be around. We may also require some help with light housekeeping, meal prep, picking up groceries and running the occasional errand. Also, we may often all go out together for activities in which case I would love someone with me for the extra help and support. I will mostly be home/around during childcare shifts as I am a very hands-on mama, and also because I run a couple of small businesses out of my home. I’m just looking for extra support really, and for someone experienced, kind, responsible and reliable to be around when I need a nap, a shower, or to be involved in other things like work, to pop out to an appointment, or even go on a date with the hubby!
