Nanny Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

Our family is seeking a nanny for our two boys: one is 2 and the other 4. We are looking for a caring, energetic nanny to be working with us full-time. This attentive, active, and compassionate caregiver will work with our children, our schedules (including preschool) and our home, which is centrally-located in Cambie Village and close to many kid-friendly activities in Vancouver, on a long term basis. Our boys are healthy, active, happy, and social. We are looking for a caregiver who has a genuine love for children, and who will provide a fun, safe environment for them to learn and play together. We live in a great neighbourhood. We hope that our nanny would take the boys to the park, community centres (Douglas Park and Mount Pleasant are very close by), preschool and other classes, and drop in children's activities. We have a car so a clean driving record would be a benefit. We really love our neighbourhoods and are comfortable with transit. Some household duties would include cooking for and feeding the children, tidying up, and so forth. We're most interested in the connection you have with our sons. We live in a non-smoking, pet-free home and our children don't have any food restrictions or allergies. We can guarantee full-time hours, and will work with you to determine the right schedule. We require up-to-date first aid and CPR certifications, and a criminal record check. We will pay competitively if you're the right fit.
