Job Description: Hi, there my name is Farrah. My wife and I are seeking a child-care provider working in Downtown Toronto, Ontario for our son who is 2 yrs and 5 months old. Services And Training: Our family is in need of facilitating fun and educational activities for him after daycare from 3 - 6 pm at our apartment downtown. He is bright, curious, loves to play and go for afternoon walks. We are a South Asian/Chinese family with two moms who are fully vaccinated, both of whom currently work at home due to the pandemic. Our son is autistic and currently pre-verbal. He sees an OT, BT and SLP, so lots of support is surrounding him. He likes to sort out cars, paint, colour, sing, dance, name letters and colours with you, read books, jump on slides. He is calm, quiet unless he feels safe to joke about with you. It would be great if you have experience in working with an autistic child. We live in a large apartment near a couple of lovely parks and community spaces that are easily walkable.
