Hi. I am Krystal Smith 28 year old Jamaican teacher. I have no children but i have been taking care of children my entire life hence the reason i became a teacher. You might be wondering why a teacher would want to leave her career and become a nanny. Being a nanny is the same as being a teacher. As a teacher i have to take on so many roles, mother, nurse, counselor, social worker, financial provider, and friend. Becoming nanny would mean taking on the same roles but with far less children. It allows more individualized attention and if you talk to any teacher they will tell you have their greatest desire is to have a smaller class size so they can better cater to the individual needs of each student.
