my name is Joy Maureen, a dedicated and hardworking woman from Scarborough with over 10 years of experience as a nanny. I am 41 years old, originally from the Philippines where I completed a 4-year degree and a 1-year caregiver training program. Additionally, I have completed a PSW course here. In my previous roles, I have enjoyed taking on a variety of tasks, from light housekeeping, running errands and grocery shopping to meal preparation, transporting children, doing laundry, and keeping the kitchen tidy. Despite being a non-driver, I am more than capable of ensuring your child's safety and well-being. I am available full-time from the 2nd of January 2024 and can accommodate a live-out arrangement. Generally, my availability is from Monday to Friday, during morning and midday hours. I am fluent in English, hold a Permanent Residents, and am certified in CPR and First Aid. I am also comfortable working with up to two children at a time, with experience spanning across all age groups from newborn to 9 years old. Please note I am unable to work with children with disabilities. In my leisure time, I enjoy watching movies, reading books, and playing volleyball.
